We're seeking an Early Childhood Teacher (We are also looking for Assistants)with a background in education who is knowledgeable and passionate about educating young children. An ideal candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education, prior experience working with children and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. To be teacher qualified you must have 60 college credits with at least 30 of those hours being ECE/CD/EDU. Assistants must have 12 college credits in Early Childhood. Assistant pay is $14.56 to $15.34 an hour. The successful applicant will enjoy the opportunity to utilize their skills towards the betterment of our students and to work for an organization that upholds values such as integrity, compassion and honesty.

Responsibilities:

• Use the computer to keep records of each student's progress.
• Communicate with parents in writing and through conferences.
• Use innovative techniques to help children learn new things.
• Use the computer and other materials to develop a program that will help each child learn and grow.
• Monitor children's health and safety, and deal with emergencies that may arise during the day.
• Offer support to parents by answering questions about a child's education, health, or behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.02 - $25.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
