PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Leads team of shop employees in preparing valves to meet customer needs.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for delegating assignments to different team members as needed.
• Responsible for providing technical support for staff.
• Responsible for welding valves with proper safety equipment as needed.
• Responsible for sandblasting valves as needed.
• Responsible for ordering shop supplies as needed.
Responsible for performing other shop duties as needed.

TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND MACHINES:

• Standard shop machines.
• Standard office machines.
Computer software applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Natural team player with a collaborative style demonstrated by effective teamwork and

• General computer skills.
Self-motivated and strong sense of urgency.

TRAINING:

Product training;
