We are looking for General Managers. Penn Station believes that a General Manager must have an ownership mentality, that's why this position offers a base salary plus a percentage of the monthly profits. First year income range from $60k -$75k with following years income potential determined by your strong skills at growing your business.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations including hiring and training of all employees, supervising and participating in preparation of food, cleanliness of the restaurant and all aspects of servicing our guests. Periodic performance reviews of how well these responsibilities are handled can result in financial bonuses which may be as high as $12,000 per year (based on tenure and performance).

The ideal candidate will have excellent dependability, good communicative skills, exhibit leadership in all they do, be well organized, display a positive winning attitude, be genuinely concerned with serving the best sandwiches in the cleanest environment with a team of friendly and attentive team members, and have a strong desire to make the store their own.
