The Commercial Property Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties responsible for the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of these properties. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial real estate management, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both tenants and property owners.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
EQUIPMENT & TOOLS USED: Computer, Printer, Calculator, Photocopier, Telephone, Scanner, Other Office Equipment. Familiarity with programs such as DocuShare, Perceptive Content, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Employee will be working 90% indoors and 10% outdoors.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education: bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field preferred. At least 3 years of experience in commercial property management. Real Estate Brokers License. Knowledge of Community Assoc. Mgmt.-Condo rules & regulations. Tenant/People Relations-Day to day dealings with tenants/Subs & Owners. Lease enforcement-Need to understand the basis of lease enforcement through notice. Strong interpersonal and managerial skills. Ability to Draft Lease Documents-Need to understand the basics of lease preparation. Knowledge of real estate development, construction, lawn maintenance and landscaping. Ability to job cost and budget. Identify problems; develop logical conclusions and effective solutions.
