JOB DESCRIPTION
Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Skill Level(s): Expert
Candidate focus of the applications and software solutions will be to deliver AL/ML capabilities to analysts.
Emphasis on the following:
• Python, Javascript, SQL, and Git
• operating in cloud environment and leveraging cloud resources to develop software solutions.
• designing and deploying software systems for intelligence analysts, displaying a deep understanding of how to fill all of the front-end and back-end parts together.
• experience in data visualization.
• working with cloud-based GPU resources and applications involving AI models such as large language models or computer vision models would be highly desirable.
• The Candidate Team will perform activities related to Full Stack Development in Organization’s cloud environment.
• The Candidate Team will complete all steps in the product-design process from conceptualization, detailed user interface, functional design, through implementation and usability review.
• The Candidate Team will develop innovative user-interface designs in response to marketing requirements, user analyses, product innovation, technology, and business needs.
• The Candidate Team will develop conceptual models, workflows, design prototypes, and user-interface specifications.
• The Candidate Team will ensure user-interface guidelines and standards are followed during the development and maintenance of the product.
• The Candidate Team will conduct or participate in product usability tests.
• The Candidate Team will communicate and work effectively with cross-functional team members.
Required Skills
Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Skill Level(s): Expert
The Candidate shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience:
• professional experience in the development, customization, and use of developing applications for intelligence analysis.• professional experience using Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL stack.
• experience with CSS, HTML, or web based development.
• professional experience using containerization such as Docker or developing and deploying containerized applications and databases.
• experience with user-centered design principles and practices, web standards, typography and color, and web usability standards.
• experience using Git for versioning.
• developing algorithms to support graph theory-based methods.
Highly Desired Skills
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
• familiarity with the Organization’s data environment.
• experience working in a Organization analytic mission area, specifically involving research on analyst user needs.
• organizing and structuring solutions to complex problems.
• strong coordination and collaboration skills.
