Pelicana Chicken Irvine is Hiring a Kitchen Team Member Near Irvine, CA
We are fried chicken restaurant located in Irvine and looking for kitchen member who can do prep, cooking, and cleaning.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items.
- Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature levels of fryers and other cooking equipment
- Clean and sanitize work area, including fryers, grills, dishes and utensils
- Assist with food preparation and assembly for catering events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
Experience:
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
Shift:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
