The following position is available:

Superintendent

We have immediate openings for a full-time Field Superintendent. This position requires minimum 5 years of experience in multi-family/mixed use construction and OSHA 30-hour certification. Candidate must have good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

· Schedule and supervise all labor, subcontractors and supplier’s orders and deliveries on job site, to coordinate with the schedule of the various scopes of work

· Manage all site activities (plans and specifications adherence, quality of work, safety to the highest standards)

· Monitor and inspect work in progress

· Complete all job reports (i.e., daily reports, quality assurance reporting, accident and incident reports, safety and erosion and sediment control reports) and records in an accurate and timely manner

· Must have a full working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, owner contract, subcontracts, purchase orders, RFI’s, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents

· Oversee all layout and field engineering in accordance with all project requirements

· Update and distribute construction Three-Week Look Ahead schedule

· Assist and work closely with project manager and communicate frequently regarding project status

· Maintain safe and clean jobsite

· Manage and oversee all third-party inspections and coordinate all third-party onsite testing

· Conduct regular safety inspections and meetings for on-site subcontractors

· Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions

· Develop a strong relationship with clients in the most professional manner

· Knowledge of Philadelphia code compliance
