Peds/Ortho Dental Office is Hiring a Dental Front Office Assistant Near Las Vegas, NV
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who will make the dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients. You’ll ensure excellent customer service, lift administrative and assist the billing administrator. Our candidate should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. As we are a fast pace office we need someone who can multi task efficiently. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.
Responsibilities
- Verify insurance with complete breakdowns
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Check-in patients according to protocol
- Asist with TC insurance verification
- Undertake tasks as instructed
- Provide superior customer service
- Input sensitive data into patient accounts
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in front office
- Knowledge of pediatric and orthodontic terminology
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to perform all task ask of them
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
- High school diploma
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- Adaptable to changes as our office continues to grow

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
