Job Description
We are interested in people who are inspired and passionate to help others in need. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Pearl's Cove, you are a part of the improvements, changes, and accomplishments our clients achieve every day. Direct Support Professionals assist clients with:
- Community Outings and Therapies
- Exercise and Health
- Cooking and Household Duties
- Hygiene Related Tasks - Bathing/Showering, Toileting, Tooth Brushing etc.
- Building Relationships
We have provided services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over a decade. We have succeeded with the integration of individuals with special needs and their families within the community.
- We will train you, and there are no hiring costs - we pay for your fingerprinting, CPR training, pre-employment physical, TB test, etc..

Schedules Available - Full-time and On-Call positions
- AM shift : 6 am- 2 pm
- PM shifts: 2 pm- 8 pm or 2 pm- 10 pm
- NOC shift: 10 pm- 6 am
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- 18 years or older
- Valid Driver's License with 24 months of driving experience (preferred)
