Your Impact:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Tower Operations Support Assistant to join our team to support one of our offices in: Paso Robles, Rancho Cucamonga, Sacramento, or Phoenix Arizona Office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively. Tower Operations Support Assistant will be the liaison between operations, admin, and customers for billing issues for Tower.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Daily/ Weekly reports, review with market managers to ensure effective process flow review jobs accuracy and status in Insite for billing and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinates with Senior Management on the evaluation of the cost-effectiveness pricing
    on exempt items on WO’s, review rejected DWR’s, keep vendor portals updated with current job status.
  • Weekly payroll audits to make sure DWR’s are being submitted, reports for maintenance jobs completed for Customers.
  • Billing: Oversee all quotes and billing rates for Tower, help with billing on Special Projects, work with Managers to review and resolve any billing questions, PO requesting from Customers, materials are being captured correctly and at the correct amount.
  • Process Improvements: Produce and implement procedures to keep Insite updated, keep up with org chart, maintain SOPs for admins and operation teams.
  • Overall: establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and personnel, work independently with minimum or no supervision, comply with all specifications, industry standards, safety rules, regulations, and company
    policies and procedures

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

  • 1-3 years of Billing / Administration experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work efficiently in Excel: formulas, look-ups, pivot tables, data entry, etc.
  • General technical proficiency
  • Keyboard and 10-key proficiency
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Solid grammar and communication skills

Physical/Work Environment

In Person at our HQ office in Mesa.

Compensation: $16.00- $22.00 hourly/DOE
