Summary: The customer service department plays the critical interface role between our dealer network and the KE USA Operations Group. Their primary responsibility is to receive and process dealer orders ensuring that;
The customer service department also reaches out to dealers to coordinate & confirm delivery information and remind dealers of payment policies. Occasionally, they collect dealer feedback regarding various product quality, installation and/or delivery problems.
Their experience and product knowledge can also assist the dealer with the choice of KE products to best satisfy their end customer needs.
