Looking for an opportunity to explore your culinary talents? Join us as a Cook in our community restaurant, where your passion for food and preparing beautiful, hand-crafted dishes is exactly what we are looking for.

• Demonstrate your integrity through strong attendance and dependability
• Our Cooks prepare menu items with predetermined recipes
• Keep assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition and comply with all state and local health department practices, safety practices, and infection control practices
• Cooks will demonstrate various food preparation techniques, serving methods, portion control standards, and general nutritional requirements

Requirements :

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
• Under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• As a Cook you must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and / or county regulations
• Culinary training preferred, or extensive cooking and production experience
• Passion for the culinary arts and learning new skills
• Cooks need the ability to communicate and read recipes, production charts, and complete required documentation
