We make finance fun, simple, social — and irresistible to younger generations. Our financial literacy app teaches the ins and outs of personal finance in a way that Gen Z (and adults) actually love: on their phone. Gamified. ABOUT THIS ROLE

Zogo is seeking a motivated and highly organized Operations Associate to work closely with our Business Operations and Revenue teams. Reporting directly to the Manager of Business Operations, the Operations Associate will support the workflow, execution and operational needs that span across these teams. The Operations Associate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be excited to grow, and fully embrace the “scrappiness” of Zogo.

There is always more to learn, but for this role, exceptional organization and collaboration skills are required. You must be highly adaptable with the ability to pivot from one task to another without compromising quality or accuracy of work. You must be able to collaborate and partner with individuals and teams at all levels.

Business Operations:

• AR updating, tracking, and follow up; closely checking invoices for accuracy on dates, monitoring new contracts signed to ensure invoices are sent out timely, updating sheets with accounting information, email follow up with clients and triaging client issues as needed

• Support for internal Business Operations resources; internal business site (current and revamped)

• Support of goal tracking

• Data tracking for monthly business reports

• Support with tasks related to milestone budget updates (re-forecast/EOY)

• Adhoc project support as needed

Revenue:

• Sales demo tracking, categorization and demo reporting

• Ownership of sales pipeline documentation; prospect documentation and status documents

• Heavy involvement with CU/CB reporting (Geckoboard)

• Ownership of month-to-month closing data/tracking

• Weekly reporting for strategic partnership leaders

• Weekly Customer Success “data refresh”/data updating

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's Degree or work experience equivalent

• Experience working within finance and/or sales operations is desired

• 3 years of operations coordination, project support (or similar) experience

• Proficient with G Suite, specifically Google Sites, Sheets and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Preferred knowledge of the following platforms: Jira, NetSuite, Notion, HubSpot

• Impeccable organizational skills

• Efficient multitasking and time management abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and competing priorities

• Data analytic skills preferred but not required
