Workplace Operations Associate

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to fill the position of Workplace Associate. The Workplace Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks relating to Workplace Operations, including but not limited to receiving office furniture, assembling office furniture, replenishing Workplace office supplies, moving Workplace items throughout the property, being flexible to support Workplace events in various assigned roles, and completing all assigned tasks. 

• Night Shift available 6pm-3am
• $20/hr and $21/hr respectively 
• Must be okay with OT
• Must have valid driver's license

Workplace Operations Associate Key Responsibilities

• Unloading and loading trucks, moving merchandise to designated areas within the factory.

• Completing assigned tasks within a timely manner.

• Conducting inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels. 

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, and removing debris.

• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, and small electric hand tools.

• Following safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

What will you bring to the Workplace Operations Associate position?

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment or labor-intensive position preferred. 

• Ability to lift and move objects, up to 35lb.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive, proactive attitude and “can-do” mentality that is customer service oriented.

• Ability to see the big picture, yet still be detail oriented. 

• Ability to accept constructive criticism. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constant changing priorities and demands.
