Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to join our team. As the Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our canvassing efforts. This includes managing a team of canvassers, developing strategies to maximize outreach and engagement, and ensuring the achievement of campaign goals. Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of canvassers
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to meet campaign objectives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and monitor progress
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve results
- Coordinate with campaign leadership to align canvassing efforts with overall campaign strategy
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure canvassers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Monitor data collection and ensure accurate reporting of voter interactions
- Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and motivation

Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively engage with potential voters
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and strategies
- Ability to effectively electioneer door-to-door in various communities
- Excellent market research and analysis skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Experience in fundraising or donor outreach is preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
