Customer Experience Representative
Role includes sales support from the time of inquiry to delivery, which requires parts identification, quoting, order confirmation/purchase order receipt, pricing, order processing, expediting, and problem solving. Inside sales specifically focuses on cold-calling, inactive accounts, and customer relationship development. As the ISS Representative III, is the Epicor expert, mentor, trainer, and technical expert, he/she is able to continue to support the outside sales force with in-depth in lead generation, market intelligence, and contact with current customers. ISS III will be assigned to Special Projects, which should not require hands-on supervision of highly complex orders for Gold customers.
Essential Functions

1. Proactively contacting current and potential customers to generate sales of products, services, and parts. Generate quotes and follow up with customers and outside sales team to ensure quotes successfully transition to orders. Manage these orders to ensure delivery schedule is achieved to maximize revenue. Act as key customer contact to provide information to customers on complete sales cycle from quote through delivery. Target inactive and competitive accounts for conversion. Develop, sell, and convert accounts to recurring revenue service contracts to new tool or resale tools.
2. Train peers and share best practices with those less experienced as needed.
3. Manage inventory to stocking levels. Ensure the order process is complete and error-free.
4. Manage outside purchases and product transportation expenses effectively and efficiently.
5. Ensure that all paperwork, purchase orders, are maintained to respond to customer inquiries timely and ensure internal process requirements.
6. Answer technical questions about products for customers/outside sales when needed.

6. Drives for Results: Sets aggressive goals and high standards. Pursues everything with drive and energy, puts in extra effort to meet deadlines and persists in the face of challenges and setbacks
Performance Management and Success in the Role
The output of the Inside Sales Professional will be linked to the corporate goals of Revenue Expansion and EBITDA enhancement but will also include the ability to connect with customers, understand the business, and assist outside sales. Success in the role will be measured in part to these metrics as well as individual behaviors including: Depth of Thought, Ability to Drive for Results, Ability to work with and through others (People), and Self Knowledge, understanding personal strengths and weaknesses.

The successful Inside Sales can continue to grow and expand responsibility. Logical career progression for this role can include roles expanded responsibility in Outside Sales and Sales Business Unit Leader, and Regional Sales.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
