Position Summary: The Cleaner is responsible for the cleanliness of community to include homes post maintenance and construction activities and to prepare for market within assigned deadlines; cleanliness of common areas and buildings.

This position is Part-Time; a minimum of 20 hours per week, up to a maximum of 29 hours per week. Additional hours or changes to schedule must be approved by management.

Essential Job Functions:
Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.
Assists with trash-outs; removing trash and items from vacant homes.
Performs thorough deep clean of homes including walls, floors, appliances, and windows.
Responsible for removing trash and debris from grounds to maintain the appearance of the community.
Communicates job status and updates manager on activities and time requirements to meet deadlines.
Responsible for reporting anything in need of repair or replacement within homes or community.
Maintains cleanliness of office, ensuring essential toiletries are stocked.
Maintains cleanliness of community buildings including restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities.
Identifies the required cleaning agents and supplies and communicates with the manager to order and keep supplies stocked.
Interacts with residents and employees professionally and responds to requests in a courteous and timely manner.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
