Position Overview :

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of our housing community's grounds, amenities, and facilities.

This position involves upholding company standards, performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks, and ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our residents.

Essential Job Functions :

Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

Daily removal of trash from community public areas and perimeter.

Mowing and weed eating.

Assist in preparing vacant homes for rent, including trash removal (trash outs) before make-ready.

Assist in cleaning available homes for the market.

Responsible for snow and ice removal during winter months.

Immediately report all unsafe conditions.

Interact with residents and employees in a professional manner, addressing requests courteously and promptly.

Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Competencies :

Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Dependable, demonstrating efficient and responsible use of time.

Ability to operate basic lawn tools and equipment effectively.

Computer literacy to operate software systems and perform routine tasks and training online.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field preferred.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
