Conduct thorough follow-up on unpaid or denied claims with insurance companies.

Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and billing software to track and document claims status.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical insurance follow-up or related field.
Familiarity with medical billing and coding processes.
Strong understanding of insurance claim submission, payment, and denial processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
