Sealy Dental Center, located in Katy, TX, is searching for an experienced Dental Front Office Insurance Coordinator Monday through Friday. We are an established, fast-paced office known in the community for delivering excellent dental care with 5-star customer service. As a Dental Insurance Coordinator, your duties will include:

• Checking patients in/out
• Insurance verification
• Checking claim statuses
• Answering phones
• Calling re-care patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Assisting with keeping the schedule full
• Collecting payments

Requirements

• Experience in a dental front office setting (at least 1 year is required)
• Insurance verification/knowledge (required)
• Knowledge of dental procedure codes (required)
• Knowledge of claims processing procedures is preferred
• Customer Service skills (answering phones, scheduling, check-in/check-out)
• Ability to multitask
