Sealy Dental Center, located in Katy, TX, is searching for an experienced Dental Front Office Insurance Coordinator Monday through Friday. We are an established, fast-paced office known in the community for delivering excellent dental care with 5-star customer service. As a Dental Insurance Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Checking patients in/out
- Insurance verification
- Checking claim statuses
- Answering phones
- Calling re-care patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting with keeping the schedule full
- Collecting payments

Requirements
- Experience in a dental front office setting (at least 1 year is required)
- Insurance verification/knowledge (required)
- Knowledge of dental procedure codes (required)
- Knowledge of claims processing procedures is preferred
- Customer Service skills (answering phones, scheduling, check-in/check-out)
- Ability to multitask
- High energy with a great positive attitude
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual
- Professional appearance
