Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented Customer Development Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, engaging with homeowners, and driving sales to meet and exceed our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers in residential areas to introduce them to our home remodeling services.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of our products and services.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for in-home consultations with our design and sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, preferably in the home remodeling industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with homeowners.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of home remodeling products and services is a plus.
