Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist
Location: Palm Springs (Forest Hill Blvd. and Congress Ave.)
Base Salary: $55k to $60k plus benefits (health, dental, vision and 401k plus match)
Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for applying payments and credit card transactions.
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Verify and process credit memos and invoice adjustments as needed.
- Coding and posting of receipts.
- Accounts Receivable Reconciliation.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Controller.
Qualifications for Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist:
- 2 years of recent accounts receivable experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop a MUST.
- Excel experience is a plus.
- Experience with high volume accounts receivable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
