Job Summary:The Licensed Insurance Agent is expected to jump into a fast-paced, friendly, and professional work environment. You will be responsible for managing phones and providing a positive customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities:Assist clients and help them understand and determine their individual personal line service needs. Managing and servicing personal lines insurance accounts, such as auto, home, and personal liability.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing expert advice.Analyzing policy coverage and making recommendations for adjustments.Handling customer inquiries and claims.Preparing insurance quotes and proposals.Keeping accurate records and documentation.Staying up to date with industry regulations and product knowledge.Collaborating with underwriters and other team members. Qualifications:Three years’ experience in the insurance industry, specifically within personal insurance or property & casualty insurance Account management experience (preferred) Valid state Property and Casualty License Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as standard invoicing software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience Schedule: FTM-F Location:REMOTE Benefits: MedicalDentalVision Paid Time Off401KLife Insurance
