We also design and create employee benefits packages as well as offer individual Health, Life and Medicare Products. Job Summary: As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting commercial insurance clients in managing their policies, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with insurance agents, underwriters, and clients to provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of informationAnswer billing and cancellation questionsAnalyze customer’s complaints and recommend solutions and follow up to ensure they are satisfiedProvide customers details about the company’s products and servicesSend newsletters, mailings, and other forms of correspondence to customersAssist clients in filling of policy documents and contact them whenever any error is discovered, or when it needs to be correctedReceive visiting customers and provide them with necessary assistanceReceive reports of claims and communicate reports of investigations to clientsUpdate the agency management system with current and correct information and changesAttach all correspondence with carrier / customer in agency management systemMust be detail oriented with excellent follow-up to carrier and insuredWork well with deadlinesAnswer and return calls and emails in a timely mannerWork as a team with the department, helping others when needed Qualifications:Property & Casualty license is highly preferred, if not willingness to obtainCustomer Service experience is required, if not licensedExcellent communication skills: written, verbal and listeningMust have strong interpersonal communication skillsMust be tech savvyMust be detail orientedMust be motivated and driven Compensation: Competitive, DOE Schedule: M-F, FT8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401K
