Job Summary:

PCC Sports, a leading construction company specializing in sports facilities, is seeking a skilled sport court surfacing manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing technical expertise on sport court surfacing.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise construction activities on-site.
  • Manage field personnel and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to resolve any construction issues.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, track expenses, and provide regular updates.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sport court surfacing specialty/management.
  • Proven track record of successful project completion.
  • Strong knowledge of sport court surfacing principles, codes, regulations and ASBA standards.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to set up elevations as well as to spot and fix errors by sight.
  • Familiarity with construction safety protocols and ability to enforce them.
  • Valid driver's license and clean record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands and deadlines.

Physical and Travel Requirements:

  • Able to work in various weather conditions.
  • Able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Early AM, after hour and weekend commitments may be necessary.
  • Ability to Travel 50% of the year.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Court Manager. As the Court Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the court system. This is a critical role that requires excellent management skills and a strong understanding of court procedures.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise court staff, including clerks, bailiffs, and administrative personnel
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient court operations
- Coordinate court schedules and manage courtroom assignments
- Oversee the maintenance of court records and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements
- Assist in the preparation of court budgets and monitor expenditures
- Collaborate with judges, attorneys, and other stakeholders to address operational issues and improve court processes
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and court procedures
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of court documents and information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in court management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of court procedures, legal terminology, and case management systems
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera) for scheduling and budgeting purposes
- Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, OSHA regulations, and schematics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including judges, attorneys, and staff members
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team
