Pay: $1500/mo salary plus 8.5% commission on individual parts and labor gross profit. Current average monthly pay $6700.

All new regular full-time employees begin accruing 4 hours of PTO per pay period and increases after your first year. Part-Time employees will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Body Shop Estimator subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
Responsibilities

• Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle.
• Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelines.
• Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completion of repairs.
• Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
• Ensure customers' cars are kept clean and tidy to improve customer happiness
• Consult with management regarding new procedures and equipment in the industry.
• Writes up customers' vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
