Job Description Summary: The Senior Director of Enterprise Integrations will be accountable for enabling in year revenue through existing and new strategic high volume, high impact, complex and multi product merchant technical integrations in the Global and Strategic Account segment. They will lead a team of Directors responsible for Solutions Engineering, Integration Engineering and Engagement Management. The size of the organization can be between 50 to 100 people located in various geographies within and outside United States. The focus for the team is providing a great technical servicing experience for our merchant customers, ensuring the quality of solutioning, end to end implementation and engagement is world class, highly scalable and future proofed. The technical and product acumen for payment processing combined with solid collaboration, innovation and alignment mindset is a must. The role reports into the global VP of Enterprise Integrations and is part of the global Merchant Services Organization. It is highly visible in the organization and involves frequent interactions with senior leaders at PayPal Product, Engineering, Go to Market and Operational teams across the company. It also requires interfacing with the customers virtually and at times in person. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, great customer and product experience and people development with a clear desire to win in the market and delivering on their commitments. They have a proven track record of leading and evolving large technical organizations working closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success and Go to Market. Job Description: Responsibilities Drive a results-oriented technical culture with a strong focus on servicing excellence, execution, quality, and speed to deliver integrations leveraging PayPal platform and product capabilities tied to ecommerce, payment processing and risk management. Strong business and people growth mindset, experience in setting up and driving implementations through rigorous prioritization and governance that requires agility to incorporate feedback loops during implementation phases working closely with product and engineering teams to produce optimal payment flows for apps, web and in-person solutions. Accountable for delivering millions in revenue through solution implementations. Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead the talent to embrace agility and innovation in this portfolio. Closely collaborate with Sales, GTM and Marketing teams to achieve joint targets. Surface opportunities to constantly improve the customer, product, and process experiences. Innovative and creative thinking with a passion for problem-solving and being comfortable with the art of possible when dealing with ambiguity. Foster and evolve the development led culture including competencies and leadership development across the larger Merchant Servicing organization. Personal Qualities, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills Required 15 years of experience in managing technical teams and leaders. Background in fintech or experience in fintech implementations. Engineering or Professional Services experience working with very high revenue clients and delivering complex payments, ecommerce, or marketplaces type servicing solutions. Not afraid to tinker and play with code and put strategies working together on new product adoption and migrations when needed. Established connections in the developer communities is a plus. Stakeholder management experience and specially under stressful situations. Solid track record of over-achieving targets across a multi-team organization. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a complex organization. Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to turn data into action. Experience in building and leading a geographically distributed team and passion for developing people is an absolute must.
