We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to own the Marketing Operations function of PayJunction’s growing Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing processes, technology, and data management to drive the success of our marketing initiatives as they tie to our overall revenue goals. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, the Marketing Operations Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategy and ensuring its seamless execution.

PayJunction takes a Flex First approach to work environments. This means that our team members can choose to work from our Santa Barbara office or remotely from home. The base salary range for this role is $105-135k/year plus benefits. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills and qualifications.
