As Paycom continues to grow in Oklahoma City, Paycom Facilities will be adding a team member. The purpose of this position is to manage employee requests, vendors, and spaces. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops and maintains positive relationships with all vendors
• Coordinates, oversees, and manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors, performing building maintenance, and janitorial work within our spaces
• Responsible for facilities inspections and reports
• Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects
• Trains vendors on work order billing and security procedures
• Maintains a positive relationship with the landlord and their agents
• Proactively address concerns and needs of all Paycom employees
• Responsible for inventory restocking within our suites
• Perform other duties assigned

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

• 1 years of experience with property management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

• 3 years of experience with property management
• Understanding of service level agreements

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
