Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems, including access control, CCTV (closed-circuit television), and intrusion detection systems
• Work on construction projects and tenant spaces, ensuring the proper functioning and integration of security equipment
• Should have knowledge of safety protocols and be able to provide excellent customer service

Basic Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in program and troubleshooting advanced electronic control systems
• PLT (Power Limited Technician) license
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Access Control System certifications
• Video Surveillance Certifications
• Intrusion Certification
• OSHA/Safety Training
• Computer Skills
