Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Indirect Category Manager to join our corporate team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Category Manager - Indirect will manage all products for all BUs that are classified as Indirect (i.e. cell phones/service, uniforms, lift rentals, office equipment & supplies, safety supplies, tools, marketing items, office cleaning services, etc.)
Will perform pricing analyses across all businesses for each category to determine total spend and current vendor profile and then conduct RFPs with key suppliers to drive lowest-cost/highest-service solution for each category
Will work with third-party to facilitate RFPs & pricing analyses for all categories and will be responsible for working with field leaders to identify criteria to ensure alignment with the business
Will work with Facilities Director to identify other areas of opportunity within this space; the ultimate goal is for all offices in all business units to be aligned across all of these (and other) categories in order to drive spend volume to specified vendors to drive best pricing/delivery models
