As a Sourcing Coordinator, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
- Assist the sourcing team with administrative tasks associated with the contracting and procurement process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the setup of new items in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain sourcing contract data and monitor contract compliance.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Contribute to cost-saving projects by conducting research, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sourcing metrics, performance indicators, and project updates.
The Details:
- Location: Hybrid Role, Local Seattle Candidates preferred.
- Hours: Typical PDT business hours, some flexibility required
- Physical requirements: Ability to handle both sitting and screen time for long periods of time
- Travel requirements: Less than 5%
What you'll bring to the table:
- 2 years in procurement, contracting, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Team player with strong analytical & strategic thinking skills

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:
$55,000- $77,000 USD/annually

Paula's Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
