Qualifications: 5 years of automotive sales management experience, preferred Have a working knowledge of automotive systems such as: ELeads, CDK, Dealertrack, vAuto, etc. Ability to manage and lead people Lead with outstanding customer service Create and promote a safe and positive working climate for employees to excel
