Job Title: Corporate Paralegal

Location - based in Northbrook IL this role is onsite 5 Days a week - Ideally living in the Chicagoland area currently.

Salary : 80K to 120K plus bonus Depending on experience DOE - full time role

Company relocation - At this time, client will NOT relocate for this role

Key Qualifications: Skills/Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-8 years corporate paralegal experience
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Serve in a pivotal contact within the legal department, working with in-house legal counsel to provide paralegal support for corporate and transactional matters

Responsibilities include:

• Performing the review of documents and non-disclosure agreements
• Assisting with document preparation, document review, recordkeeping, and file management
• Collaborating with outside counsel, operating companies, registered agents, and service providers
• Preparing and filing documents, amendments, foreign-state qualifications, annual reports, legalizations, etc.
• Preparing spreadsheets, files, organization charts, etc.
• Maintaining internal tracking and reporting of entity and/or transaction related information
• Responding to standard corporate operating documents and procedures
