Job Details
Job Title: Corporate Paralegal
Location - based in Deerfield, IL 60015 this role is onsite 5 Days a week
Salary : $90K to $115K plus bonus Depending on experience DOE - full time role
Company relocation - At this time, client will NOT relocate for this role
Key Qualifications: Skills/Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 5 or more years of experience ideally
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Serve within the legal department, working with in-house legal counsel to provide paralegal support for corporate and transactional matters
Responsibilities include:
- Performing the review of documents and non-disclosure agreements
- Assisting with document preparation, document review, recordkeeping, and file management
- Collaborating with outside counsel, operating companies, registered agents, and service providers
- Preparing and filing documents, amendments, foreign-state qualifications, annual reports, legalizations, etc.
- Preparing spreadsheets, files, organization charts, etc.
- Maintaining internal tracking and reporting of entity and/or transaction related information
- Responding to standard corporate operating documents and procedures
