Pattison Sign Group INC is Hiring a Project Manager Near Knoxville, TN
We are located in our new office in downtown Knoxville. This position will be reporting to the Supervisor Project Management & team lead. A successful Project Manager will ensure superior customer satisfaction through their positive attitude, as well as their administrative and organizational skills. We are looking for someone with knowledge in construction/ installation, as this specific Project manager will be working with our Facility Branding Department.
Responsibilities
- Actively manages customer accounts and provides timely project updates
- Facilitates the completion of projects as scheduled; striving to exceed customer’s expectations
- Responsible for all aspects of a project from submittal to installation, and follow through to accounting
- Develop and sustain positive working relationships with both internal and external resources
- Provide a forecast of orders to be completed by month and by quarter
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Area Manager
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Able to operate independently and within a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and to prioritize projects
- The ability to communicate effectively both orally and written through accepted business standards
- Proactive approach to managing projects and refining process
- Flexibility and superior time management skills
- MS Office Suite, Outlook, web based systems

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
