Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Coordinator to join our team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our independent contractor drivers. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll administration, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: Prepare daily payroll and customer invoices, answer incoming emails and phone calls, and apply multiple different pay standards.

Payroll Processing: Execute payroll processing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from independent contractor drivers, providing timely and accurate responses to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in payroll administration or a related field, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling payroll data.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

· Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Data entry: 1 year (Required)
