Patient Help Network is Hiring an Enrollment Representative Near Toledo, OH
Responsibilities:
- Hours 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Inbound and outbound calls (No cold calls)
- Communicating with potential clients to gather pertinent medical information
- Determining customer's eligibility based on income, insurance, etc.
- Enrolling patients that qualify to receive assistance with their medication
- Data entry
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of Windows PC applications
- Positive attitude
- Self motivation
- Phone experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Paid time off
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
