**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our team and work with students who have mild-moderate needs.

**Duties:**

- Provide specialized instruction to students in need of intervention services

- Develop and implement individualized education plans based on student needs

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress

- Utilize effective instructional strategies to enhance student learning

- Monitor and assess student progress regularly

- Maintain accurate records of interventions and student performance

**Requirements:**

- Ohio Intervention Specialist License

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

- Experience in childcare, library services, or toddler care preferred

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues

- Knowledge of literacy education and childhood development principles

- Ability to write clear and concise reports on student progress

- Familiarity with preschool curriculum and instructional design techniques
