Pathways of Washington is Hiring a Mental Health Professional Near Seattle, WA

About your Role:

As a Mental Health Professional, you will work with adults aged 18 and older living in adult family homes or Assisted living facilities, who need additional behavior support to maintain their placement. This position creates an Individual Behavior Support Plan with the client and meets with them weekly to focus and work toward their goals. You will also engage the residential staff and families, collaborating and educating them on ways to more successfully work with the clients. You will provide documentation of the collaboration with family, DSHS, residential staff, ECS team and all other involved parties, to ensure the client is receiving the necessary care.

Does the following apply to you?
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
  • Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance
Preferred experience:
  • Experience working with Geriatric, SPMI or long-term care populations
  • Experience working with Behavioral Health patients
  • Experience working in Clinical or Case Management in a rehabilitation philosophy
