Description
SUMMARY
The ACT Team Leader provides support to the Clinical Manager by ensuring that the daily operation is efficient, effective, and that quality services are rendered to consumers with complex severe and persistent mental illness. Ensures that services meet medically necessity, are trauma informed and are delivered using a person-centered approach. Leads and provides direct care services. The ACT Team Leader leads all efforts in responding to the emergent needs of consumers and tracks outcomes. Maintains strong positive relationships with key members of the funding source.

QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced clinical writing skills required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to articulate the needs of consumers in a concise manner.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to problem solve and provide conflict resolution. Ability to develop needs assessments / root cause analysis techniques and strategies.
