As a Human Resource/Payroll Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our organization's human resources and payroll functions. With a commitment to excellence and a supportive work environment, we value every team member's contribution and offer opportunities for growth and development.
In this role, you'll oversee payroll processing with precision and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulations at all levels. Your responsibilities include managing essential documents and records, conducting employment verifications, and assisting in audits and termination procedures. With your strong attention to detail and knowledge of payroll regulations, you'll contribute to our organizational integrity and employee satisfaction.
Additionally, you will assist the HR Administrator, particularly in managing Workers' Compensation claims. Your versatility and commitment will contribute significantly to our team's well-being and organizational integrity.

Requirements
Preferred Minimum Qualifications

• An associate degree with a focus on accounting and/or finance is preferred.
• 2 years' experience in payroll and/or accounting.
• Experience in the non-profit arena, preferably in the human service delivery to persons with disabilities and/or comprehensive community development.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of HR/Payroll provider, Paylocity preferred.
• Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
