As a Residential Program Coordinator, you will support the Residential Program Leadership team by managing program documentation, tracking metrics, updating procedures, and providing training. Collaborating closely with the Director of Residential Supports, you will ensure that programs run smoothly and meet their goals. Your responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, promoting Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) skills, and upholding confidentiality in handling sensitive materials.
In addition to managing the Director's calendar and office hours, you will actively participate in policy and procedure development, seeking program expansion or improvement opportunities. You will assist in providing consistent communication across the agency and take on training responsibilities for residential leadership, including Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Moreover, you will support the Director in analyzing issues affecting Residential Supports and addressing internal and external audit findings by developing corrective action plans.
Your role will involve maintaining general knowledge of other program areas within the organization and ensuring that Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data is current. You will also assist in creating spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation as directed by the Director. Working closely with Assistant Directors, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of support for the daily operations of services while acquiring and maintaining certifications in CPR, First Aid, and CPI.

Requirements
Preferred Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in positions with increasing responsibility in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or management position.
  • Proven team management skills and the desire to develop direct reports.
  • Ability to interpret, or learn to interpret, financials.
  • Goal driven.
  • Prefer at least a bachelor's degree.
  • Positive attitude and team player who welcomes collaborative decision-making.
  • Crisis prevention, intervention, and teaching skills.
  • Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and safe driving record.
  • Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds on a regular basis. May occasionally be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
