As an Operations Manager (also known as Manufacturing Operations Manager, CNC Operations Manager), you'll oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing facility, manage production schedules, and ensure timely product delivery. You'll also operate a variety of CNC machines, including Haas, to meet production goals. Additionally, you'll provide leadership and mentorship to a team of machinists and operators, and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
