Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Superintendent to join our team at our facility located in Roseville, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of CNC machines, including Haas, as well as possess strong leadership and people management skills. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility
• Oversee production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products
• Utilize CNC Lathe (5 axis), CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), CNC Mill (5 axis VMC), Thread Rolling Machine, and Universal Machining Center (5 axis UMC) to meet production goals
• Lead and mentor a team of machinists and operators
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Experience with Haas CNC machines
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of hydraulics systems
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Must have a minimum of 10 years experience
• Machinist and assembly background
