Staff Needed: One (1) Lead Teacher
Qualifications:
- Must be a current employee at Paterson Public Schools.
- Individuals employed as Substitutes need not apply.
- Must be able to work all scheduled days of the program.
- New Jersey Principal or Supervisor certificate.
- Must coordinate the program and activities as per requested.
- Review the School's Emergency Procedure.
- Review each student's registration form with emergency numbers.
- Ensure teachers and students keep the program schedule.
- Knowledgeable of KRONOS system.
- Track and monitor student attendance on a Google sheet.
- Monitor pre and post assessment and provide an analytical statement at the end of the program.
- Reconcile timesheets against attendance tracking system.
- Must be well organized, detailed oriented, computer literate, and analytical.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character. Must be a critical thinker, problem solver and respectful of others.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community during the duration of the program.
