Passion Vines Wine and Spirit Company is looking for a focused, technically-skilled, and innovative LEADER to serve as our next E-Commerce Manager.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will Manage and be Accountable for the monitoring, communication/coordination (both with Team Members and Customers), and end-to-end execution of:

• Local Van Delivery Orders
• Curbside and In-Store Pickup Orders
• FedEx Shipping Orders

The orders above can be placed by the customer via Passion Vines website/app, calling the store(s), and third-party applications including Uber Eats.

In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities related to order fulfillment, the Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the upkeep of the Passion Vines website.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of E-Commerce experience; Management role preferred
• Customer service experience
• Experience in order fulfillment of online sales
• Strong product knowledge is a plus (I.e. understanding of pack and unit sizes, able to suggest substitutions, etc.)
• Strong technical skills; ability to easily learn and understand multiple digital platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Clear, concise and professional communication (both written and verbal)
