Job Description

The Workshop Coordinator will lead and manage the Program Management's routine functions responsible for the Passion Seekers Workshops team, including Workshops Program Coordinator oversees all workshop operations, including evening and weekend workshops. The Coordinator works closely with program management team to ensure successful execution of , on-site and virtual workshop management, logistics, and planning.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Execute steps to onboarding process of new and recurring non profit partners
• Liaison by providing consistent communication with Nonprofit partners and Career coaches, program operation department team members
• Assist with onboarding of Career Caches 
• Assist with setting up training for Career Coaches to facilitate workshops
• Coordinate and manage virtual and on-site operations for workshops
• Work with the Project manager to conduct and delegate tasks and set project deadlines in Asana
• Oversee and collaborate with program management team to conduct the daily workflow and day-to-day teams’ operations to conduct workshops
• Develop processes and policies to execute workshops
• When questions and issues arise, provide support and guidance to the program management team (Workshop), management, and other team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to maintain a high level of commitment, energy, enthusiasm
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Be comfortable facilitating meetings and presenting in company meetings
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Google Workplace and Asana or related software. 
• Undergradugate or Master's degree major in management, non-profit management or in a related field

Additional Information

Time Commitment: Estimated time commitment: 8-10 hours / week depending needs, including monthly meetings and weekly conference calls

It is a Hybrid role(onsite & Remote)

Term limit: 3-4 months for Interns, For Volunteer, 6 months
