Passero Associates’ Rochester, NY Office has an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing Finance & Accounting Team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly project billing, reporting, and project analysis
• Oversee the compilation of support for audits and tax credits, serve as main point of contact
• Participate in the research and implementation of new processes and procedures
• Assist with special projects related to annual compensation and insurance
• Cross-Training for bi-weekly payroll, compliance reporting and board registrations
• Support the Executive Team (CEO, President) and other practice management directors

Qualifications/ Experience:

• AA or BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, with 0-5 yrs. experience or equivalent experience
• Experience with a professional services firm, preferred
• Deltek experience and/or other ERP system, preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality 
• Ability to manage time with changing priorities and strong organization 
• Continuous Improvement focus; able to streamline work processes/procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
